Committee

Sticky Fingers is run by a voluntary committee of parents, carers and supporters within the community.

 The committee is responsible for working with the managers on updating policies, managing staff, fundraising, organising events and making important decisions about the pre-schools.

They are not responsible for the day to day running of the pre-schools, that is the role of the Lead Practitioners .

Our committee meet each half term following the Pre-School Learning Alliance's code of conduct to discuss and support our vision of providing outstanding care and education to each individual child.

Being a member of the committee gives you the worthwhile experience of being involved, meeting new people, gaining new skills and accessing training opportunities.
